By using PitchForge AI, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept, you may not use the Service.
3. Service Description
PitchForge AI is a SaaS platform for generating business documents using AI, including proposals, quotes, emails, pitch decks, pricing strategies, and follow-up sequences.
4. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of subscription. Contact legal@pitchforge.ai. Refunds processed within 14 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, spam, or violations of EU law.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. All platform rights belong to BRAVION S.R.L.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months. EU consumer rights are not affected.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. For disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
